NO REFUND POLICY

 

Here at ~Aisle Be With You~ Weddings, We work very hard & long hours to prepare your dream day to make sure it is perfect for you. There is a lot more to planning a wedding than you probably realize. When you reserve a Wedding date and time, It is removed from the bookings calendar. And we begin work immediately on the planning of your wedding as well as staffing your wedding (minister, DJ, photographer, coordinator, etc..) If you Cancel your Wedding, Odds are, we may not be able to re reserve the date and times you have reserved. Which would be a huge loss for us in money and time spent. Therefore.. all deposits or full payments Will Not be refunded for any reason at all if Canceled.   No Exceptions! Please do not try and talk us out of it because we stand by our policy and we will not give in! 
         If in any case you choose to postpone your wedding day due to a rl emergency situation, Loss of Internet or pc problems. We can postpone your Wedding to the next closest available date at no charge at all. in some cases postponing may mean having to reset the date an additional 2-3 weeks as we are very busy at all times. It will be your job to inform all expected guests of the date and time change. If no one is notified it is not our fault as we do not know of the guests you decide to invite to your Wedding day. and we WILL NOT create a new Invitation unless new Invitations are purchased. 
Please keep in mind that we only allow one Free postpone. If you need to postpone more than once, there will be an added fee of 2500L for any postpones thereafter. (re-booking fee)
      
      If there are any issues on your wedding day under the fault of Linden Labs or Second Life itself, we will Postpone the wedding to the next closest available date at no extra charge.

   Please Understand that we stand by this policy as protection for us, for you and our business. 

Any and ALL bookings that are canceled will have a 90 day grace period, allowing you to use your previously booked package within 90 day of the original booked wedding date. There will however be a 2,500L re-booking fee. (You are only allowed to use this previously booked package if it was YOU who paid the original deposit,, not your ex) you are also welcome to gift your wedding package to a friend or family member within the 90 day grace period. Once the 90 day grace period has expired, your package booking is then removed from our files and is no longer honored. If you return after 90 days wanting to re-book. you will need to book a whole new package and pay full price again. 

Please keep in mind that Linden Labs offices also holds notarized copies of our policies and disclaimers etc to protect you and ourselves.

BRIDE/GROOM ZILLA DISCLAIMER

Please read this VERY carefully & fully! 
Here at ~Aisle Be With You~ SL Weddings. We completely understand that your wedding day can be a nerve wracking, stressful day. You want everything to be perfect, flawless and romantic and we work hard to make that happen. Every bride & groom deserves nothing but the best for their special day!  We do the very best we can to always be a sensitive shoulder to help you get through it smoothly & happily! This applies to Both the Bride & The Groom. But... Unfortunately...there are times where the bride or the groom become more upset than necessary & 95% of the time.. they target our staff to lay blame. 
   In much reality. Our staff works extremely hard to make sure your special day is completed according to your requests & specifications. If for any reason.. our staff is disrespected by the bride, groom or even their guests. harassed, or simply blamed for something beyond our control. we reserve the right to pull the plug at any time! With NO refund! This IS a DISCLAIMER!! If you don't know what that means, please Google it! Situations in which things are not tolerated or when we will shut things down are as follows.


1.) We ALWAYS perform Region Restarts on our sim before EVERY wedding. We have a lag meter and a script meter present in several areas of the sim that tells us weather or not the sim itself is lagging or having server issues. And also tells us who is wearing the highest scripts. If your wedding is lagging. This could very well be because of several reasons.
*Your guests/family/attendants are wearing highly scripted items. (our automatic greeter does ask your guests to remove any unnecessary scripts or huds when they arrive. If they decide to ignore that and not remove, that is not on us.)
*there are a large number of guests at your wedding
*you have poor Internet connection
*you have poor pc graphics
*you are experiencing bad weather in RL
*SL / LL is performing unscheduled maintenance or having issues

All of these in which. Are completely beyond our control and is in no way, shape or form our fault. If our staff or company is targeted for blame in any of these situations.. we will not continue.


2.) We ALWAYS perform wedding rehearsals 24-48 hours prior your wedding day. It is very crucial that you and everyone in your wedding (maid of honor, best man, bridesmaids, groomsmen, flower girl, ring bearer, bride escort etc..) Are present for the rehearsal so everyone understands what they need to do on the day of the wedding. If in any case someone cannot make it to rehearsal, or if they are there but are not paying attention or ignoring the direction of the coordinator. It IS NOT our fault if they are unsure on the wedding day of what to do.. if they go afk before or during rehearsal or before your wedding is about to begin etc.. we will not accept blame or rudeness due to others carelessness or behavior. Sometimes your friends & family don't understand the amount of work that goes into planning your big day as well as not knowing that weddings are expensive,  If they are being careless.. they're ruining it for you... not us.


3.) We Absolutely WILL NOT tolerate pushy demands. We have coordinated over 1,500 weddings and we are very experienced at what we do.. We operate at our own pace to keep our solid system running. Please do not tell us how to do our jobs. If we are rudely TOLD what to do instead of politely asked or requested in a respectful, civil manner.. we will halt the planning process and not continue until the clients attitude towards us has changed for the better. ( Some people do not realize that we at all times.. have other clients to attend to as well.. not just you. We always make sure that every clients is fairly attended to. But still sometimes people become impatient and get upset. Yes it can cost a lot to get married in some cases.. But this does not mean you now "own us". Please show our staff respect at all times so your wedding continues to run smoothly and stress free and so that we will not have to cancel.) 


4.) Always check your chosen package/services details to see what is included in what you have purchased. This way you will not become upset if something is not present that is not included. It is your responsibility to FULLY read our policy & disclaimer nc's.  Copies of these nc's are given to you in every receipt you are given when you make a payment.


5.) Absolutely NO weapons or combat HUDS are allowed on the sim during weddings or rehearsals. (unless permitted by Jenny Love before hand) If we have to ask more than once to put a weapon away. we will stop everything in it's tracks! Most weapons or combat huds in SL cause a lot of disturbance with people tracking others and TP'ing to them for combat games as well as the amount of lag they can cause due to the high scripted combat/weapon items.

 

6.) While it is sometimes beyond anyones control.. In some cases.. wedding ceremonies can start a bit late. But please keep in mind that If your wedding starts later than 20 minutes or more past the original start time due to you, your attendants or your guests. we WILL NOT make that up in extra time on the end of your reception. As we are very busy at all times! We will only cover the extra 20 minute window and add that to the end of your reception time to make up for lost 20 minutes. Anything past 20 minutes (if your wedding ceremony begins more than 20 minutes late) there will be an added retention fee in the amount of 1,000L for each additional 30 minutes needed. This is so we can pay our staff the over time pay for having to stay/work/perform longer than scheduled. If in any case a staff member is unable to stay past the scheduled end time. we will do our best to find a quick fill in, if that does not work. we will have no choice but to refuse the retention fee and end the wedding after the 20 minute window. to prevent this... in most cases.. we always start aisle walks a few minutes early if the wedding party is ready to do so. 

 

7.) We DO NOT in any shape or form tolerate our venues, cakes, invitations, certificates, packages, web site design, custom items etc to be copied! period! We spend long hours and a lot of money to create/build our custom venues that no one else has in Second Life. we stay unique and humble and we expect that others do the same! We ARE legally covered in both RL & SL. And will not hesitate to take immediate action against anyone who tries to copy anything that was created by or belongs to Jenny Love (jennylynnm1980 Resident) or Aisle Be With You SL Weddings.

 

8.) During your initial consultation, your coordinator will ask you for your color choices. we will ask you to provide either the correct RBG or HEX color codes or a full perm color prim/block(s) with the exact color shades you are wanting in your venue, on your wedding cake, flowers, etc... These colors are chosen by you, so be sure you have the correct shades before sending to us.  Once you see your venue & items upon set up & color completion.. You can then give us your approval. If you are unhappy with the way your venue or items look in your chosen colors. we will re-color only ONE time! we always set up venues 48-72 hours prior to your wedding day (depending on wedding/package size) allowing you time to see your venue and items and approve of them before the big day.. if you ask us to "re-do" due to you not liking the colors you have given us etc.. again.. we can do so. But we will not "re-do" these more than once as we are always on a tight schedule. Also.. we absolutely WILL NOT change, customize, rearrange or re-color a venue within 24 hours of the wedding itself. Please make sure all changes you want done are requested BEFORE that 24 hour mark hits. NO exceptions!! 

 

9.) Please make sure you provide the correct email address to your wedding coordinator so that your wedding photos and/or wedding video are properly emailed to you. We use "Wetransfer" to email your photos so we can safely email them all at once instead of in intervals because the photo sizes are too large to send. Wetransfer makes sending your photos a lot easier for us and for you! If you did not receive your photos after you were told they were sent. This is because you are either over looking the email (look for wetransfer) or you have given us the wrong email address. Wetransfer ALWAYS lets us know when photos have been successfully sent, received by the recipient and when the photos were downloaded by the recipient. When we see that you have received and downloaded your photos. we then delete your photos from our files to keep space clear as we take many many photos on a daily basis. If you lose your photos after downloading we cannot resend, as again... we have deleted them from our system due to being informed that you have already downloaded them. once they're in your custody. it is your job to keep them safe. We DO NOT upload and send photos to our clients in-world. This is due to the upload costs.. sure it only costs 10L to upload a photo into SL. But we are taking &  editing many many photos on a daily basis, and that adds up in cost. If you would like your photos sent to you in-world.. It is your responsibility to pay for those upload fees.


We will always give a friendly and calm warning when we notice these signs beginning to occur. But if the disrespect, blame or harassment continues, we WILL not hesitate to stop the wedding in it's tracks at that moment!    

****Please be advised that we reserve the right to disclaim all and any wedding activities, services etc if any of the above instances occur. Also please be aware that Linden Labs also holds a copy of this disclaimer for our protection****
